Benefit Concert for San Diego New Music
San Diego New Music is excited to present Mark Menzies and Peter Miyamoto in a program of exciting and diverse music of the twentieth century. A consummate performer of new music, Mr. Menzies has been thrilling audiences around the world with his energy and technical prowess. Mr. Menzies joins forces with pianist Peter Miyamoto to present music by Bela Bartok (Second Violin Sonata), Brian Ferneyhough (Unsichtbare Farben), Ann LaBaron (The Devil in the Belfry), George Perle (New Etudes), and Mark Menzies (Boviol) among others.
The funds from this concert go directly into the San Diego New Music commissioning fund and the presenting fund.
