(Portland) Jeremy Drake is a musician and concert organizer living in Los Angeles. He co-operates the line space line new and improvised music series with reed players Chris Heenan and David Rothbaum. He believes that sound has many mysterious and powerful qualities that are often ignored or simply overlooked. www.linespaceline.org David Kendall is a sound artist, composer and improviser from Los Angeles, California. He has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently at the California Institute of the Arts, where DK studies with David Rosenboom. Htoo+, free improvising quartet from Portland, Oregon. Have been working together in various groups for the past two years, and this tour marks the first meeting of all four players. They will be performing solos, and in duos, trios, and quartet. The musicians in Htoo are a small segment of an established and expanding creative music community in Portland.
